Q: How do I enroll in the required courses for CEU credits?
A: College Park Campus is a closed and protected network, meaning only registered users can access the platform for CEU credits. To access online courses and register for an account with us, complete the online registration form. Once your account is created, you will receive an email from us with detailed information about your account new account. This email will confirm your account and the 30-day window to complete your requested courses.
Q: How do I select the username and password for my account?
A: When your account is created, you will receive your username and temporary password information. You will be required to create a new password the first time you log into College Park Campus. If you need assistance with this step or a password reset, please contact [email protected].
Q:What do I do if I am locked out of my account?
A: If you enter an incorrect password several times, you will be locked out of your account for ten minutes. You are required by the system to wait ten minutes before trying again. If you are unable to use the Forgot My Password feature, please email [email protected].
Q: How many CEU credits are currently available through College Park Campus?
A: Please refer to the list of CEU offerings on the Education page.
Q: How will I know when my courses are assigned?
A: College Park Campus will send an automated email with new enrollment information when the courses are assigned to your account. When you login to College Park Campus, the assigned learning plan tiles will appear on your Home Screen. You can click that new tile to start the learning plan.
Q: How do I enroll for a specific course or webinar — not all of them?
A: Use the search bar at the top of the Home Screen to find course topics. Click on the desired course, and then click the Enroll button to start the training. Some webinars have multiple scheduled times offered; select the preferred time after clicking the Enroll button.
Q: What are the requirements for passing the final assessment?
A: You will have three attempts to pass the final assessment with a score of a minimum of 80%. If you do not pass on the third attempt, a team member from the College Park Campus team will contact you for further assistance. This will be communicated when the completion report is pulled for ABC at the end of each month.
Q: What should I do when I have completed the learning plan and final assessment?
A: When you have passed the final assessment and completed the course(s), College Park Campus will notify the online administrator of the completion. If CEU credits are to be issued, the College Park Campus team will submit the proper information to ABC for issuance of the credits accordingly.
Q: How will I know when have I met the course requirements?
A: After reviewing your completion, you will receive a confirmation email and a certificate that you will be able to print out.
Q: Is there a way for me to provide feedback on the curriculum?
A: Yes, there is a survey at the end of the course to help College Park Campus's team to continuously improve the processes and educational materials. Each course has a comments section available for further detailed feedback.
Q: Do I need to contact ABC to inform them of my course completion?
A: No, College Park Campus will submit completions to American Board of Certification at the end of each month. You will receive your certificate from College Park following the ABC submission.

A: It’s simple! Log in to your campus account, review the courses available, and complete the program that most interests you. At the end of each quarter, the College Park education team will randomly select one winner and announce via email and social media. The number of College Park Campus learners almost doubled in 2021, and we are continuously adding new CEU and general education courses.
